Welcome to my portfolio where all of my favorite packages and pieces live for everyone to view. I currently am a senior at Belmont University majoring in journalism and minoring in sports and media while being in the honors program. I will be attending Sacred Heart University in the fall of 2025, pursuing my master's in Sports Communication and Media on the Sports Broadcasting track. My Story
I was born and raised in Newtown, Connecticut by my two Portuguese parents, learning multiple languages and having a loving and supporting family. My love for sports is rooted within me as a Portuguese-loving soccer and football girl, of course supporting Cristiano Ronaldo and despite being on the opposite side of the country, the San Francisco 49ers. But my passion for being on-camera has always been a passion as I have always been involved in theater and performing. Combining my love for sports and broadcasting has allowed me to reach my goal of becoming a sports broadcast journalist. I love getting to tell the stories of athletes, teams, and so much more when it comes to athletics. I hope to one day become an NFL sideline reporter and find the untold stories that no one watching from home would know. With my extensive research and communication skills, I have been able to work on my craft as a reporter and share the stories worth telling.
